From the initial inspection to the final payment, we're here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Claims Process Check List

1) Schedule a Free Storm Damage Inspection

Contact us to schedule a complimentary storm damage inspection. If damage is found, you can proceed to file a claim with your insurance company. We will provide you a written estimate for our scope of work.

2) Meet the Insurance Adjuster

We'll coordinate with you to meet your insurance adjuster and review the damage together, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

3) Review the Insurance Estimate

After your insurance company provides a written estimate, we'll review it thoroughly to ensure there are no discrepancies and to make sure your receive every benefit you're entitled to. You will receive your first payment from insurance. We advise you hold on to that until the job is complete. We do not require down payment.

4) Select your Shingles Color

Visit our showroom to choose the perfect shingles and colors for your new roof. Once selected, we'll schedule the installation date.

5) Roof Installation

Our expert team will install your beautiful new roof and/or gutters with precision and care.

6) Finalizing the claim

Once the roof is installed, our claim specialist will send an itemized invoice to your insurance company to release any remaining payments that are due. This will include any recoverable depreciation, code upgrade or supplemental items. Once the payment is received, we'll help you settle up.
