We were one of the very first roofing companies to open is Owasso and have continue to thrive since 1992.
Absolutely ! We strongly recommend not doing business with a roofing company that does not carry proper license and insurance, We also have an A+ rating with the BBB.
If you suspect that you may have storm damage or are noticing that all of your neighbors are getting new roofs, we are happy to provide you with an honest assessment of your roof and let you know if we feel it would be worth contacting insurance or not. Sometimes it can be very iffy and we'll tell you that. The final decision will come down to the insurance adjuster, however, we are happy to meet with the adjuster on your behalf.
We prefer not to file a claim on your behalf unless you request that we do so. We will rather you initiate the claim and then we will be happy to walk you through the entire process. Every insurance company does things differently so it's a better experience if we work together through the claim process.
No, Regardless if you are going through insurance or not, we always offer our bottom dollar price to replace your roof whether it is an insurance claim or you are paying cash.
This will depend on many factors such as whether you have a Total Roof Replacement Policy versus an Actual Cash Value only policy, The amount of your deductible and whether or not you have recoverable depreciation. There are several code requirements that your insurance company does not generally pay unless we provide supplements so the total you will be out of pocket, if any, will vary. We are happy to read over all of your paperwork and explain every detail to you before starting any work.
Never! We strongly urge you to be warry of hiring a roofing contractor that requires you to pay money upfront. Any reputable roofing contractor that has been in the business a while will be able to obtain the materials for your roof on credit until payment is made after the completion of the job.
Absolutely! before choosing a color, we will make sure that you do not have an HOA/ covenants that require a certain style or color. If you are able to select a color other than what your HOA requires then we will provide you with color sample books to help narrow down your options. Once we have colors narrowed down, we can provide you with addresses of homes that we have roofed with specific colors that you can drive by and see in person. Sometimes a roof color can look amazing on another home but depending on your exterior home colors, may not be the best option for your home. In this case, using a roof color selector program, we can take pictures of your home and switch out the roof colors for you to get a visual of what each color would look like on your home.
We ask that payment be made in full within 30 days of the completion of your roof. this is typically enough time to receive all payments rom your insurance company. We understand that there may be some holds placed on your account causing the release of funds, we will work with you and not charge any late payments fee.
Of course! You will always have the option of backing out and no penalties will occur as long as you notify us of your decision before we have ordered and delivered the materials. Our main reason for asking for a signed proposal is to confirm that we have your written permission before starting any work on your home.
Depending on the time of the year and current weather conditions, we can generally start as soon as you are ready. If it's in a busy season then we may be a week or two out. Once we get started, the job on average takes us 1-2 days from start to finish.
Depending on the shingle you opted for, you will generally have a lifetime material warranty. This will protect you against any manufacturing defects that may arise during the lifetime of your roof. If you were to experience a roof leak or lifted and blown off shingles before the roof has properly sealed, these kinds of repairs would fall under our 5 year workmanship warranty. Generally, a problem that is from installation errors will present itself within the first 5 years. However, if you experience any kind of problem after our warranty has expired, do not hesitate to call us. We will inspect the problem free of charge. On most occasions, the issue will end up coming from an area other than the roof and we can point you in the right direction for proper repairs to be made.
